James Island Property Management is operated by Andrew Shykofsky. Andrew lives on James Island and has been in the property management business since 2009. He is a licensed real estate agent, property manager and landlord.
Andrew uses a simple but highly effective process to find great tenants for our clients involving multiple references, strong credit profile and verified employment. In addition, Andrew is a SC State licensed contractor which means he can perform much of the maintenance work that arises periodically at rental properties.
Over the years in the Charleston area, Andrew has worked with and established contacts with honest reliable technicians for more advanced repairs including HVAC, roofing, and electrical professionals.
